エレップマスキングN380 シリーズ廃番と代替新製品N380R のご案内
(特定フタル酸エステルの撤廃)
拝啓、時下ますますご清栄のこととお慶び申し上げます。平素は格別のお引き⽴てにあずかり、厚くお礼申し上げます。
近年、社会的な環境問題に関する関⼼の⾼まりと環境規制の強化に伴い、環境関連物質の管理にかかる企業姿勢は一段と厳しく求められるようになってきました。特に、欧州においてDEHP(DOP)、BBP、DBP、DIBP の制限や規制が強化されつつあります。
このような状況の下、Nitto グループとして「DEHP(DOP)、BBP、DBP、DIBP」の特定フタル酸エステルを段階的に使用停⽌していく事とさせて頂きます。現在納⼊させて頂いております表⾯保護材のうち上記材料を含有している製品について、材料変更を⾏う所存でございます。誠に勝⼿ではございますが、主旨ご理解いただき、当該製品の変更にかかわる必要事項に関してご協⼒を賜りたく、よろしくお願い申し上げます。

1. 対象製品
エレップマスキングN380、N380EP(プラスチックコア仕様)
E マスク-ALS-380（セパレータ付き仕様）、E マスク-ALS-381（セパレータ付き仕様）
2. 変更内容
製品中に含まれるDEHP(DOP)を非DOP 材料に変更します。それに伴い、現⾏品番を廃番とさせて頂き、
代替新製品への変更を進めさせて頂きます。

エレップマスキングN380EP ⇒エレップマスキングN380REP(プラスチックコア仕様)
E マスク-ALS-380（セパレータ付き仕様） ⇒E マスク-ALS-380R（セパレータ付き仕様）
E マスク-ALS-381（セパレータ付き仕様） ⇒E マスク-ALS-381R（セパレータ付き仕様）
※セパレータに変更はございません。
3. 変更予定時期
2018 年７⽉初旬 非DOP 製品の生産開始予定
※生産開始時期は、現⾏品の在庫状況により若⼲前後する可能性がございます
４．注意事項
今回の切替につきましては、４M 変更ではなく新規品番への切替となります。従来品の特性に近い設計を⾏っておりますが、完全に同じ物ではございませんので、ご評価が必要な際はサンプルを提出させて頂きます。
５．サンプル対応について
幅はご要望(最大1250 ㎜幅)に応じて切断させて頂きますが、⻑さは原則20m 巻限定となります。ご用命のサイズ・数量など弊社営業担当者へご依頼下さいますよう、お願い申し上げます。
又、ご評価結果につきましては、弊社営業担当者若しくはテクニカルサポートセンター（TDOC ：tdoc@nitto.co.jp）へのご返信を頂けますよう、宜しくお願い申し上げます。

Subject: Product Change Notification of N-380 series
As outlined by the EU regulation on Registration, Evaluation and Authorization of Chemicals (REACH),Nitto is committed to comply with this REACH regulation and therefore implement changes within our N-380 series to meet the REACH regulatory requirement.
The current N-380 series contains bis (2-eththexyl) phthalate (DEHP) which is listed on the authorizationlist of the REACH regulation. Since Nitto Denko, as main site of manufacturer, will replace DEHP to substitute after July 2018. We are convinced this is the most sustainable decision for us as a company and
for our customers.
1. The following product is affected within the SPV product-line.N-380, ALS-380(with Liner product), ALS-380K(with Liner product)
2. We plan to change the product code below as a REACH compliant product:
N-380→N-380R
ALS-380(with Liner product)→ALS-380R(with Liner product)
ALS-380K(with Liner product)→ALS-380KR(with Liner product)
*No change for liner
The material which used DEHP (plasticizer) will be replaced to substitute. Nitto Denko has thoroughlychecked the possible influences of these changes on product performance. According to our standardtesting procedure we have found no significant difference in performance compared to current products.
3. The implementation of this modification will be done starting July 2018. After this date the current N-380,ALS-380(with Liner product) and ALS-380K(with Liner product), containing DEHP, will no longer be commercially available. The last order acceptance on current series will be end of June 2018. Transaction timing can varies depending on the stock situation. For more information, please contact to your Nitto Denko sales representative.
4. Please request your sample on REGAH compliant products for your testing purpose. Please be noticed that the sample is only available for 20m length. We are pleased to trim width as you need, maximum width is 1250mm
*For sample request of ALS-380R(with Liner product) and ALS-380KR(with Liner product),(Nitto) will judge the handling method based on customer info.

7．Future plan
Nitto Denko has been considering to replace DEHP to substitute for other SPV (PVC carrier) product-line.Once Nitto Denko is ready for notification, we will introduce the alternative products.
